Yes & No. we do set up jumper and canopies but we do not set up tables and chairs. Table and chairs will be placed aside for you and you can set them up however you would like. Please note that tables and chairs must be broken down and placed aside before we come to pick up your items.

Delivery: Price does not include delivery. Delivery depends on what city you are in and the delivery fee will automatically be calculated to your total when you check out
Here at Manny's Party Rentals we go based off of the honor system. We ask that you please do not book your order unless you are absolutely sure you want to move forward with us. We know that situations arise and when they do there will not be any charges for canceling your order. We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible when you will have to cancel your order in order to give other customers a chance to rent the equipment that was put aside for you.

We stand by our goal of making each customers experience a Fun & Easy one. We know that in the past this has backfired on us and it has resulted at a loss on our end. We will continue to stand by our goal. We know that parties at time can be stressful and the last thing we would want to do is add to that .

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
When you book your order online you will recieve and email confirming that you have booked your order. If you wish to call us just to make sure your order went through please feel free 626-232-3925. Once it gets closer to your rental date we will contact you to workout a timeframe for both pick up and drop off. On the day of your event we will text you or call you when we are on our way to drop off your rentals. When we arrive to drop off your rentals we will set up your bounce house or canopy rentals wherever you would like as long as our equipment will be safe where you have choosen to place it. We place table and chairs aside for you so that you can set up however you would like (we do not set up and break down tables and chairs) Once we have dropped off your rentals payment will be due cash please note payment is paid cash when we drop off not when we pick up. if for any reason during your rental you need to get a hold of us you can always do so by calling us at 626-232-3925. when we pick up your order we usually call or text to let you know we are on our way to pick up. Although it is prefered if someone is there for pick up it is not a requirement. We can pick up your rentals without nobody being home as long as we have gotten your permision to do so. This is pretty much how are whole rental process goes and always remember if you ever have any other questions for us we are only a phone call away
If it looks like it might rain for the day of your event and we are worried about the weather we have the right to cancel your order. We do this because water can damage the jumpers if it gets inside of the unit.

If the weather shows it might rain but we are not worried about it on the day of your event. We will call you on the day of your event or before we drop off your order to ask you if you would still like to move forward with the rental. if you decide you would like to move forward with the rental once we deliver, the rental would be final and there will be no refunds even if it rains.

If it does start to rain during your rental the jumper must stay on until we come to pick it up. If we have next day pick up scheduled we have the right to pick up the jumper the same because of the possibility of it getting damaged by the rain if it stays overnight. If we do decide to pick up the jumper the same day it will be sometime after 7 pm with no refund.
