If our delivery crews arrived and you do not have the space required, we will still have to charge you for the items because we have placed the items aside for you. Setup Surface - Please be aware that not all items can be set up on hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or gravel of any kind. Our water units are not allowed on dirty or patchy grass, they must be either full grass or cement. Setup fees may apply.

Cleanliness - Please ensure that absolutely no candy, drinks, confetti, or silly string is allowed in or around the items.
